For 2 years, I worked at SberDevices,one of the best teams for creating smart devices in Eastern Europe. The project I worked on — the SmartMarket app store within the SberPortal smart device — was awarded the prestigious Red Dot award in 2 categories. Additionally, the device with the SmartMarket AppStore was exhibited at CES.

The result of my work was a gradual increase in retention in SmartMarket by 24% at all touch points and a 56% acceleration in users' decision-making on which content to choose.
To identify the main pain points, I conducted three waves of usability tests and created a detailed map of gaps that prevent users from quickly jumping into content and make the discovery process problematic.
One of my main tasks was to facilitate access to content and speed up the content selection process for the user. By systematically experimenting with the composition of blocks on the homepage, I was able to increase the application launch metric by 27%.
Also, I had the task of redesigning the expanded card of the application in front of me. I created a universal card format that is displayed equally well on both a Full HD TV display and a mobile phone. This affected the launch speed metric of the application from the expanded page by 12%.
Based on the results of tests conducted with casting directors, I have developed a new version of the actor booking page. This has reduced the cognitive load on the user and allowed them to make a booking decision in 3-5 seconds (compared to previous tests before the redesign, which took 1-2 minutes or users were unable to complete the task).
